Does this guarantee cover the lab-grown diamonds?
Because our lab-grown diamonds share the identical crystal structure and perfect 10/10 Mohs hardness of mined diamonds, they will never cloud, fade, or lose their intrinsic fire. This specific guarantee is dedicated to maintaining the brilliance of your rhodium-plated sterling silver setting, ensuring the metal stays as luminous as your stone.
What counts as normal wear?
Normal wear includes daily use, exposure to air, and light contact with skin and clothing. It does not include submersion in chlorinated water, prolonged exposure to perfumes or chemicals, or physical impact damage.
Does the guarantee cover all finishes?
Yes. All three Eonista finishes — white gold, rose gold, and yellow gold rhodium plating — are covered under both the 6-month fade guarantee and the 1-year free re-plating service.
What if I want re-plating in a different finish?
The complimentary re-plating restores your original finish. If you'd like to switch finishes, we offer a discounted switching service — just ask us when you reach out.
How long does the re-plating process take?
Typically 7–10 business days from when we receive your piece, including transit time back to you. We'll keep you updated throughout.
