Rhodium Fade Protection
If your plating fades, chips, or tarnishes within 6 months of purchase under normal wear, we will re-plate it at no cost.
1 Year
Free Re-Plating Service
Within one year of purchase, we offer one complimentary re-plating — restoring your piece to its original brilliance.
What's Covered

What's Not Covered
Normal wear means daily use, exposure to air, and light contact with skin and clothing. The guarantee does not cover damage from:
— Submersion in chlorinated water or salt water
— Prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, or chemicals
— Physical impact damage or bending
— Intentional alteration or third-party repairs

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll confirm eligibility within 24 hours.

Ship to Us
Send the piece to our studio. We'll share the address and packaging instructions. Outbound shipping is at your cost.

Returned, Renewed
We re-plate, polish, and quality check your piece before shipping it back — at our cost, fully insured. Turnaround: 7–10 business days.
Switching Finishes
The complimentary re-plating restores your original finish. If you'd like to switch from white gold to rose gold, or any other combination, we offer a discounted finish-switching service. Just mention it when you reach out.
